If you are needing lodging for this sale, we can recommend hotels and motels that are nearby! (We've had quite a few people asking where the nearest hotels are so they can come into town for a couple of days -- there are two nice hotels less than 2 miles away from our auction house and they offer large parking areas if you are bringing long trailers or livestock trailers). Also, if you're worried about loading, we have plenty of help readily available to help you load your trailers and trucks! We do encourage our customers to bring boxes and packing materials if they intend to buy fragile goods!
Terms of Business
5% Buyer's Premium applicable to all purchases made by "In House" bids.
10% Buyer's Premium applicable to all purchases made by Absentee & Phone bids.
Payment is expected on the day of sale unless you have left an absentee or phone bid.
Our preferred forms of payment are Cash, Personal Checks (funds drawn from local banks only unless otherwise pre-approved by the auctioneer) and Credit Cards (we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover only).
Payments made by Cashier's Checks, Money Orders & Bank Transfers must be pre-approved by the auctioneer.
Oklahoma residents will be subject to Oklahoma state taxes (8.517%) unless they have an Oklahoma sales tax permit. Customers must submit a copy of their Oklahoma sales tax permit to be eligible for tax exemption.

ABSENTEE BIDS MAY BE LEFT ON ANY OF THE ITEMS PICTURED BELOW
We will be accepting absentee and phone bids for this auction, but all items are sold "As Is / Where Is" and absentee bidders must be pre-approved. The minimum bid amount for all absentee bids is $100.00 per item. The minimum bid amount for all phone bids is $500.00 per item. In the event that an absentee bid is tied with an "in-house" bidder's bid, we will honor the "in-house" bidder's bid. As always, we encourage all bidders to attend this sale in person. If you are unable to attend this sale in person and need additional pictures of certain items, we will do our best to assist you in word and picture via E-mail. All absentee and phone bidders will be required to complete and sign an absentee or phone bidding application, provide credit card information as a measure of goodwill and specify their items of interest in writing on an absentee/phone bidding list. Absentee and phone bidding applications and bid lists must be submitted via fax or E-mail 48 hours prior to the day of sale.
