These sales examples are real estate properties that Southside Auction Co. and Smith and Smith, Realtors have successfully sold over the last two years. In the last 45+ years, Southside Auction Co. has assisted the sale of many homes, acreage and commercial properties and we've worked with many different owners, heirs, auctioneers, real estate companies, banks, etc. As you'll see in these pictures, we aren't picky about the real estate properties we offer at auction. Some properties are undeveloped and some are developed. Some structures are in excellent condition and some need some work. The fact is, our company works hard for the consignors to get real estate advertised right and to get bidders interested prior to the auction date! And as you can tell by the following pictures, we get the properties we are consigned to sell SOLD! No smoke and mirrors, just hard work and honest sales at fair prices. It should be mentioned that all of these homes achieved higher sales results than the appraisals listed. Conventional listings would have taken months or maybe even years before they resulted in an actual sale. These auctions were completed in less than 5 minutes and most closed in less than 30 days! We might not offer as many real estate properties as some of our competitors, but what we do offer gets sold...and that's what matters!
