Southside Auction Co., Inc. is currently interested in the consignment of museum quality rock, mineral and fossil specimens. Our company would gladly accept the consignment of such items and we welcome consignments from individuals within the United States and abroad. Consignors would be responsible for packing and shipping the items to our business. A detailed inventory list with a description of each item would be required. All specimens would be sold without reserve to the highest bidders. Our company's normal commission rates for delivered items sold at publkic auction in Tulsa, Oklahoma would apply: 25% (all items selling above $35.00) / 50% (all items selling below $35.00). Items listed on Ebay would be subject to a commission rate not to exceed 35% (taken after all fees have been deducted); online commission rates may be negotiable. Domestic payments would be issued by a business check. International payments would be issued by wired transfer to the consignor's bank account (wired transfer charges may be applicable).
