We have been commissioned to sell the complete estate of John Oliver Kirk of Antler, Oklahoma as well as a huge assortment of select consignments from other consignors in Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, etc.
UPDATES We received a collection of Santa Clara pottery by Stella & Denise Chavarria, a collection of Kachina dolls (Large ones included!) and two collections of artwork on Monday, 1/21/08. The artwork we received includes signed and numbered limited edition prints by G. Harvey, Tim Cox, Nancy Glazier, Gary Niblett and other noted artists! We received two Civil War prints by Bradley Schmehl ("Devil's Den" and "The Grey Fox"), but we were unable to receive it all in time for this auction (watch website for this artwork and Troiani artwork in upcoming auctions!). On Wednesday, we received more western bronzes and a fine selection of custom western furnishings. We may be receiving some last minute consignments of firearms and bronzes, but this is unconfirmed as of 1/23/08. We will be receiving two lifesize bronze eagles on the day of sale!

Oklahoma residents will be subject to Oklahoma state taxes (8.517%) unless they have an Oklahoma sales tax permit. Customers must submit a copy of their Oklahoma sales tax permit to be eligible for tax exemption. (unless we already have a copy on file)

We will be accepting absentee and phone bids for this auction, but all items are sold "As Is / Where Is" and absentee bidders must be pre-approved. The minimum bid amount for all absentee bids is $100.00 per item. The minimum bid amount for all phone bids is $500.00 per item. In the event that an absentee bid is tied with an "in-house" bidder's bid, we will honor the "in-house" bidder's bid. As always, we encourage all bidders to attend this sale in person. If you are unable to attend this sale in person and need additional pictures of certain items, we will do our best to assist you in word and picture via E-mail. All absentee and phone bidders will be required to complete and sign an absentee or phone bidding application, provide credit card information as a measure of goodwill and specify their items of interest in writing on an absentee/phone bidding list.
